is soon to be released for the
up coming 2005-2006 season, along with the
announcement of a new head coach. Stoneridge expects to
continue their tradition as a nationally competitive prep school
with participation in tournaments throughout the country.

NEW HEAD COACH TO
BE ANNOUNCED
Stoneridge has been
interviewing candidates across the country in order to fill the
position of Head Coach. With their program always having a balance of highly
competitive players, the new coach is expected to take
basketball at Stoneridge to the next level, building the program
to be the Premier West Coast Prep School for basketball.
Many qualified
candidates, as well as leaders in the local basketball
community, contacted the school when the position opened up
shortly after the new school year started. Although not an ideal time to make a coaching change, Stoneridge is
confident and enthusiastic that the new coach will be more than
able to continue the tradition of excellence that they are known
for.
NEW ROSTER TO BE
ANNOUNCED
After the departing
of Head Coach Ron Slater, several players also left the team for various
reasons, but most importantly to further pursue their goal to
play college basketball. As it is a difficult decision for any
student to change schools, Stoneridge wishes all the players
well on their new endeavors and is expected to announce a new
roster in the up coming weeks. |
